Patrick Bell is a Dallas-based knee rehab and strength coach specializing in helping adults 35–60 overcome chronic knee pain, rebuild strength after injury, and move pain-free for life. With over 10 years of personal training experience, Patrick is ATG Certified, has completed Muscle Activation Therapy (MAT) coursework, and is the author of Conquer Your Body — Biblical Principles for Taking Control of Your Health.
After enduring two knee surgeries himself, Patrick developed a deep passion for helping others escape the cycle of ineffective rehab and discover what true physical restoration looks like. His approach: heal the body first, then build strength — so you can move with confidence and live without being slowed down by pain.
Sammy Bell is a Dallas-based nutrition coach and strength trainer specializing in sustainable body composition, performance nutrition, and helping clients build systems that support long-term health. She serves as Head of Nutrition and Lead Female Coach at Dallas Knee Club — working with both men and women, while providing dedicated support for women who prefer a female trainer.
Sammy holds a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University and brings over 16 years of coaching experience to her clients. Her certifications include CSCS, ATG Level 1, Precision Nutrition, Eleiko Recovery & Readiness, and YogaFit.
